Palm Beach:Royal Park

The Royal Park neighborhood is located between Worth Avenue and Royal Palm Way on Palm Beach Island. Royal Park is the main in-town section of Palm Beach and is where the majority of the town’s shops and restaurants are found. The area has a friendly small town feel, yet full of character and old world charm with a warm beach town vibe. Residents enjoy the convenience to cafes, art galleries, houses of worship and more. Residents appreciate the European style courtyards, art exhibits and upscale boutiques.

Palm Beach Real Estate

Palm Beach Island was founded over a century ago when famous oil and then railroad tycoon Henry Flagler extended the railway over the waterway to the island of Palm Beach. Since its inception Palm Beach has been the ultimate luxury retreat for many of America’s most successful people. Originally made popular by the Northeast Socialites, today Palm Beach continues with the tradition of being philanthropic and throwing many social events to support great causes locally, nationally and globally.

Royal Park Homes for Sale

The Royal Park community features single family homes and condominiums. All of the ocean front land is occupied by mid-rise condo buildings. The buildings have different styles and sizes of units some with ocean or in-town views. Also in Royal Park, the western side of the neighborhood are condo buildings overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Marina. The center of the community is mostly single family homes, many of which have deep historic value. Also in-town are some great values for the Island of Palm Beach. Just blocks of Worth Avenue are handful of small apartments and small single family homes that are priced significantly below the average price of area homes.
